Please drive your vehicle up to the check-in sign in front of our thatched roof gate and park as far to the right as possible so that other visitors can drive past your vehicle while you are checking in.
You can make your reservation directly on our homepage using our inquiry form. Spontaneous arrivals without a reservation are possible, but we cannot guarantee that you will get a pitch during the vacation season.
As we provide a large open area around our fish ponds instead of pitches, we are unable to reserve specific pitches in advance. You can simply choose the pitch that suits you best on site.
You are welcome to call in advance to enquire about the current occupancy rate. If you arrive after 18:00, please call the stand-by number on our reception door. You have the option of staying on the site until 22:00.
As your holiday should not end in stress, you can relax with us until 13:00 on your day of departure.
Our friendly team awaits you at the reception, ready to help and advise you on arrival and during your stay. We speak German and English.
You can pay with Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and V-Pay credit cards. Cash payment is also possible at the reception.
When booking, you will receive a barrier card which serves as a key to the site. It opens and closes the barrier even at lunchtime.

It is best to start your reservation request for holiday homes by telephone, as we can then tell you directly whether there are any holiday homes available in your desired travel period.
The automatic barrier at the campsite is open from 06:00 in the morning until 00:00 midnight.
From 00:00 am to 06:00 am, the barrier is closed. In emergencies, such as an ambulance call, our barrier is opened via the emergency call centre.
The on-call service can also open the barrier via remote control.
